CUSTOM CATERING REQUEST FORM
To ensure every event receives the attention and quality it deserves, Très LA Catering requires a $10,000 minimum on food and beverage. Please note this minimum does not include labor, tax, or service fees.
Labor costs vary based on the style of service and menu. For reference, an event of 100 guests typically averages $75 per person in staffing. All events are charged a 22% admin fee and a 9.75% tax is applied to all invoices.
All menus must be finalized a minimum of 14 days before your event date.
Guest counts must be confirmed and final payment must be made a minimum of 10 days before your event date.
A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to secure your event and begin production.
Failure to meet these deadlines will result in additional fees as outlined in your contract.
