Très LA is committed to an environmentally responsible approach to our business. We encourage local commerce and sustainability, and whenever possible seek to limit our carbon footprint by sourcing products used in our catering from Southern California. We've nurtured relationships with local farms who can provide, fresh, organic produce and free-range livestock and poultry, bred and raised under guidelines to ensure a humane and chemical free product. In the disposable products we use, we seek those that are vegetable-based, biodegradable and produced from sustainable resources. We target these efforts to help contribute to a more fertile land and cleaner environment for future generations. We feel the overall result is not only a more ethical business practice, but food that is decidedly distinct, fresh and flavorful.

• At the client's request, we provide recycling bins to be installed at your event, free of charge
• We offer to arrange for left over food and florals to be rescued and donated.
